Summer Lynn Heil, 37, was sentenced to 9 months to 3 years in a State Correctional Institution for Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution, a felony, District Attorney Richard Wilson revealed. Heil was previously charged with Abuse of a Corpse and Tampering with Physical Evidence, both misdemeanors, but the added felony reflected her role in concealing the crime. PA Woman Who Shot, Dismembered Parents With Chainsaw Sentenced: DA An Abington woman charged with shooting her parents and dismembering their bodies with a chainsaw was sentenced Monday, Sept. 30, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office told Daily Voice the following day. Verity Beck, 45, pleaded "guilty but mentally ill" to two first-degree murder counts, the district attorney's office said.
