Motorist, 56, Killed In 2-Car Crash In Berks County: Coroner
A 56-year-old man from Schuylkill County was killed in a two-car crash in Berks County, authorities said. Brian T. Strubhar of Pine Grove Township died in the crash at about 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 29 at 6890 Penn Ave. in Heidelberg Township, according to Berks County Chief Deputy Coroner George Holmes. The lives of two Maryland men were cut short in a crash on I-81 last week in Pennsylvania, and now, their loved ones are rallying to give them proper burials. Diamonte Drequan Disney, 25, and Tiheen "Tizzy" Justice Nathaniel Matthews, 20, both of Hagerstown, MD, both died in the crash Wednesday, Aug. 21 in Antrim Township, as previously reported by Daily Voice. A 25-year-old CNA died at the scene of a rollover crash early Monday morning, Aug. 26, Pennsylvania State Police announced later that day. A 34-year-old man has died and a woman was injured following a single-vehicle crash on PA Route 441/River Road on Friday night, Aug. 23, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Sunday morning, Aug. 25. Driver In 'Critical Condition' After Highspeed Crash In Elizabethtown: PSP
A serious crash has sent one person to the hospital in "critical condition" Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, July 29. The driver of a Ram 1500 was "traveling at a high rate of speed on Linden Ave and failed to negotiate a curve" onto N. Hanover St./PA State Highway 743 — going over the curb and striking a tree, PSP Lancaster troopers detailed in a release. The exact time of the crash was not shared.
