An Allentown mother was charged with involuntary manslaughter after her infant son drowned in the bathtub of their residence, authorities said. Megan Ramsey, 24, was charged for leaving the boy unattended in the bathtub with the water running, leading to his drowning, according to the affidavit. Outraged parents showed up to a school board meeting in Lehigh County to blast officials after news broke that a teacher had been arrested for secretly recording a student undressing in a school auditorium.
