One person is in the hospital after a fire ripped through a duplex in Cumberland County on Tuesday night, Nov. 5, according to Northeast Fire and Rescue. The blaze broke out in the three-story duplex located in the 200 block of Wyoming Avenue in East Pennsboro Township at 10:52 p.m., officials explained.
