Violence Erupts During NFC Championship Celebrations In Philadelphia, Police Say Philadelphia police responded to multiple violent incidents during the NFC Championship celebrations on Sunday, Jan. 26, including assaults on officers, shootings, and a stabbing, authorities said. Celebratory chaos led to 31 citations for disorderly conduct or failure to disperse—30 adults and one juvenile, the Philadelphia Police Department announced. Four officers were assaulted during the celebrations, two of whom resulted in arrests. 19-Year-Old Charged With Shooting Into Easton Home: Authorities A suspect is in police custody for firing a gun at an occupied home in Easton, officials said Thursday, July 11.  Jaishaun Wright-White, 19, was arrested at his S. 12th Street home, according to city police.  The shooting happened in broad daylight on Monday afternoon, July 1, authorities said previously.
