Hanover Man Shot In Chest During Altercation With Neighbor: Police A Hanover man was shot in the chest during an argument with his neighbor at an apartment on Broadway, sparking a manhunt for the suspect, police announced on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024. Officers responded to the 100 block of Broadway in Hanover at 9:40 a.m. and found a 34-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper chest, according to the Hanover Borough Police Department.
