Revealing Clothes, Offensive Tattoos May Now Get You Kicked Off This Airline's Flights Travelers on Spirit Airlines may not be allowed on flights with offensive clothing or tattoos, according to a new policy. Spirit made the change in its Contract of Carriage, which was updated on Wednesday, Jan. 22. The new rules allow the airline to deny boarding or remove passengers whose attire or body art is deemed "lewd, obscene, or offensive in nature." Charges Filed In Deadly Shooting At 1-Year-Old's Birthday Party In Allentown: DA An Allentown man faces homicide charges for the February killing of Miguel Dalmasi, prosecutors announced Tuesday, July 9.  Roberto Gonzalez, 25, is also charged with reckless endangerment and weapons offenses, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office.  Dalmasi, of Alburtis, was shot and killed during a birthday party for a 1-year-old relative on Feb. 17, authorities have said. The party was being held at the East Side Fire Social Hall, 405 E. Walnut St., when "several unknown men" wearing ski masks and hoodies showed up outside, according to investigators.  …
