Navarre/Miller Family Charged After Fatal Fire: Affidavit A dad, mom, and grandma have been charge for endangering the lives of four children when 4-year-old playing with a lighter caused a fire killing an infant, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Thursday, Oct. 31.
