Severe Thunderstorm Watch Issued For Much Of NJ, PA: Here's The Timing The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for much of New Jersey and parts of Pennsylvania. The watch is in effect through 10 p.m. Tuesday, July 16 and applies to all of New Jersey. In Pennsylvania, the watch covers Adams, Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Dauphin, Delaware, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, Pike, Schuylkill, Wayne, Wyoming, and York in Pennsylvania. Delco Girl Murdered By Accused Serial Killer Buried In Unmarked Grave, Fund Says Jane Althoff was just 8 years old when she was killed at a Chester area carnival more than 70 years ago by an infamous alleged serial killer, according to organizers on GoFundMe.  Althoff went to the traveling fair in Trainer with her two brothers on April 25, 1951. 'Tired Of People F—ing With Me:' Delaware Linen Shooting Suspect, Victims ID'd By DA Authorities have named the suspected shooter at Delaware County Linens as 61-year-old Wilbert Rosado Ruiz.  Ruiz is accused of killing brothers 29-year-old Leovanny Pena Pena and 26-year-old Giguenson Pena Pena, and sending three others to the hospital early Wednesday, May 22, officials tell Daily Voice.
