Manhunt For Rapist In Attack Next To Sleeping Child In Lancaster Ends In Arrest: DA A rape at knifepoint that happened next to a sleeping child in Lancaster County has led to the arrest of a Chester County man, Lancaster County District Attorney Heather Adam's office announced on Tuesday, Oct. 15. Efrain Mateo, 49, of the 3500 block of Blue Rock Road in Manor Township, was arrested in Chester County and accused of the assault on Friday, Oct. 11, the DA explained.  The victim had an active PFA against Mateo when he entered her home in the early morning hours of Thursday, Oct. 3, authorities said. Female Flagger ID'd After Fatal Strike At PA Construction Site: Coroner The woman who died while working as a traffic flagger at a construction site early morning on Thursday, Oct. 10, has been identified by the Lancaster County Coroner's Office the following afternoon.  Linetta Wells, 56, of the 900 block of North Hanover Street in Pottstown was directing traffic when she was struck by a SUV at the intersection of Stone Mill and Plymouth roads in Manor Township around 7:38 a.m., according to Lancaster County Wide Communications and later named by First Deputy Coroner Casey Buckley.
