Woman Found Dead With Dog After Fire ID'd: PA State Police The woman killed in a Haycock Township house fire early Wednesday, Dec. 4, has been identified as 73-year-old Holly Susan Pechter-Walters, Pennsylvania State Police announced the following morning. Pechter-Walters was found dead near the back door of her home at 1885 Mountain View Drive, along with her dog, after firefighters extinguished the blaze that had fully engulfed the residence, authorities said.
