An Oxford man wanted for assaulting then robbing a woman was arrested at his residence Wednesday, Oct. 9, according to police. Terence Kenneth Henderson, 26, a Middletown, Delaware native most recently of Oxford, was arrested and taken to Chester County Prison where he was arraigned Thursday, Oct. 10, the Oxford Police Department said. A Berks County man was charged with vehicular homicide for a fatal high-speed crash in Caernarvon Township on Monday, Sept. 30, according to police.
