Thieves Snag $35K Cash From South Philadelphia Driver: Police A man was robbed of $35,000 early Thursday morning, June 13, city police say.  The victim, a store owner, was driving near Oregon Avenue and 19th Street when a blue Chevrolet pickup truck "tapped the rear of his car," authorities said.  He got out of his vehicle and three men emerged from the Chevy.
