Driver Shot 'Multiple Times' Drives 7 Blocks To Safety, Philly Police Say A gunshot victim drove seven blocks to safety after coming under fire in North Philadelphia on Wednesday night, July 10, city police say.  The victim, an 18-year-old man, was outside his car on the 800 block of West Erie Avenue when a black sedan pulled up around 10:45 p.m., PPD said. A suspect got out of the vehicle and opened fire, striking the victim multiple times in the chest, according to officials. Berks Pair Charged In Route 222 Road Rage Shooting Two men were arrested this week for the apparent road rage shooting on Route 222, said Wyomissing police in a release.  Luis Alejandro Rosado Colon, 24, and Alejandro Perez Rodriguez, 23, were taken into custody on Tuesday, July 9, according to authorities. A car was shot at around 1 p.m. on July 1 near the Berkshire Mall, police said previously. Road Rage Shooting On Rt 222, Berks County Authorities Say A gunman who shot at another driver near the Berkshire Mall on Monday, July 1 is being sought by police.  The road rage incident unfolded on Route 222 in Wyomissing around 12:45 p.m., authorities announced the following day. A driver in a black Honda sedan fired at another vehicle, striking it twice, according to investigators. No one was injured in the shooting.  Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to call Wyomissing Borough police at 610-375-6102 or submit an anonymous tip through the Berks County Crimewatch webpage.

Head-On Crash Kills Two Drivers In North Philadelphia: Police Two men have died after a car crash in Philadelphia early Tuesday morning, June 25, city police say.  Authorities said it happened around 1:40 a.m. A southbound sedan on North Broad Street collided head-on with a northbound Toyota Rav 4 near West Hunting Park Avenue, according to PPD.  Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene, officials said. Neither man was identified but police said the driver of the Toyota was 46 years old.  An investigation is ongoing.

59-Year-Old Driver Killed In Northeast Philadelphia Crash: Officials One man has died after crashing his car into a wall early Monday morning, June 17, according to Philadelphia police.  Authorities said the 59-year-old's 2007 Chevrolet lost control on the 1100 block of Welsh Road.  His car struck a wall then continued westbound on the sidewalk before coming to a rest in the roadway, police said. Pedestrian Dies After Berks County Crash: Coroner A pedestrian died from her injuries after being struck by a car in Hamburg, officials say.  Alicia Barlip, 44, was hit near South Fourth Street and Pine Street on June 4, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  She was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Bethlehem where she died from blunt force trauma on Thursday, June 13, officials said. Her death was ruled accidental.  Hamburg Borough Police Department and the Berks County District Attorney's Office are investigating.
