A 43-year-old man has died days after a crash with a utility pole in the Poconos, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. Rowland Matthews, of Dreher Township, Wayne County, struck a utility pole on Route 191 about one mile south of Pocono Plateau Road in Cresco, Monroe County, the coroner's office said. The crash happened at 3:44 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 8, according to the coroner's office.
