Suspects Wanted For Shooting In Muhlenberg: Authorities
Two men are sought in connection with a July 9 shooting in Muhlenberg, according to officials. The suspects were walking on the 2400 block of Kutztown Road when a car double parked beside them around 6:45 p.m., police said in a release on July 31. After a brief interaction with the driver, one of the men took out a pistol and shot a nearby parked car, authorities said. The driver of the double-parked car sped off. Bucks Man Fired Gun In Occupied Home, Police Say
A man is in custody for firing a weapon in a Warrington home, township police said in a release on Monday, July 29. Safarie Xiong allegedly shot a gun in a residence on the 1200 Block of Palomino Drive on July 20, according to authorities. The round went through two occupied rooms but no one was injured, investigators said. Xiong, 48, was charged with simple assault and reckless endangerment, police said. He is being held on a $100,000 bail and has a preliminary hearing on Aug. 5, court records show.

Victim, Suspect Exchange Gunfire During Philadelphia Robbery: Police
A robbery victim shot at two teenage suspects in West Philadelphia on Saturday night, July 27, according to city police. A man who was found dead in the Delaware River on Thursday, July 26 has been identified, Philadelphia police announced in an updated release the following morning. Darnell Dogan, 42, of the 4600 block of Ditman Street, was found near North Delaware and Linden avenues in Torresdale around 3:30 p.m., authorities wrote. He was pulled from the river by a PPD marine unit and pronounced dead at 4:20 p.m. on Thursday. Detectives are investigating, the department added. The three men who died in the mass shooting in Carroll Park on Sunday, June 21 have been identified by police. Akil Jones, 33, Rashie Jones, 29, and Sekayi Robinson, 23, died after gunfire rang out at a cookout on the 1200 block of North Alden Street around 2 a.m., according to authorities. An unidentified man has died after he was struck by a car in Philadelphia on Wednesday night, July 17, authorities said.
