Man In Critical Condition After Shooting On Philly SEPTA Platform: Police A 68-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot on a SEPTA platform in Philadelphia on Tuesday, Nov. 19, according to police. Officers responded to reports of a shooting on the northbound platform of the Broad Street Line in the 500 block of South Broad Street at 11:49 p.m., the Philadelphia Police Department said in a news release.
