SPCA Rescues 124 Animals, Largest Farm Cruelty Case In Bucks County History The Bucks County SPCA rescued 124 farm animals neglected in horrendous conditions in Wrightstown, authorities announced late on Thursday, Aug. 8. The animals were at Narrow Way Farm at 887 Worthington Mill Road in Wrightstown Township, the SPCA said. Among the rescued animals were 58 goats, 49 chickens, 10 pigs, five sheep and two steers, the SPCA said on Facebook. Two other animals were found dead on the property. 36 Animals Including Bull, Chickens Rescued From School Bus Trailer In PA, SPCA Says Thirty birds, four dogs, one bull, and one pony were removed from a school bus and trailer in Adams County over the weekend, according to the SPCA.  Eastern Adams Regional police called SPCA members to Hanover Street and Red Hill Road on Saturday night, the organization said in a release.  Police had discovered the animals in the bus and accompanying trailer after arresting the driver on out-of-state warrants, officials said. 23 Animals Found Neglected, Malnourished In Pennsylvania Home: Troopers (Photos) Twenty-three animals living in “severe neglect” were removed from a Coaldale home on Monday, May 20, state police said in a release. Charges are pending against the 69-year-old homeowner, according to troopers. Investigators said the animals — including 17 dogs, two cats, two birds, and one turtle — were found “in a state of severe neglect, showing signs of malnutrition, untreated medical conditions, and poor living conditions.” Facebook/Pennsylvania SPCA PSP said they are working with Coaldale Borough Police and the Pennsylvania SPCA to obtain veterinary care for the rescued animals. …
