DA The 52-year-old son of a former US Ambassador started a road rage incident that led to his death, the Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo announced on Tuesday, July 16. Reckless Mustang Driver Pepper-Sprayed After Pursuit In Virginia, Sheriff's Office Says A reckless Philadelphia driver was arrested after being pepper-sprayed in northern Virginia after police said she almost hit a motorcyclist then led a pursuit. Deputies were brought to the 3000 block of Warrenton Road in Stafford where the county sheriff's office said Carla Yengo Kahn, 32, had nearly struck a motorcyclist in her Ford Mustang, and was driving all over the roadway around 12:35 p.m. Sunday, June 2.
