An investigation into a report of open lewdness outside an Acme supermarket in Concord Township is underway, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2024. Troopers were called to the store on Byers Drive in Delaware County at approximately 8:32 p.m. after receiving a complaint about inappropriate behavior in the parking lot, according to the release. Man Who Urinated, Spit On Telford Woman During Assault Arrested: Affidavit
A man who urinated and spit on a Montgomery County woman during an assault is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday, Nov. 13, according to court documents. Khalif Mumin, 22, of Philadelphia, was charged for urinating and spitting on the woman before punching her in the back of the head at 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, the affidavit states. Delco Teacher Seen 'Touching Himself' At Perkasie Park: Police Affidavit
A Lynnewood Elementary School teacher is accused of masturbating in Perkasie's Lenape Park, according to a criminal complaint filed in a Bucks County court. Matthew P. Gagat, 47, is charged with open lewdness, court records show. A witness called police to the park late on June 27 and described seeing a man who "appeared to be touching himself," police wrote in the affidavit.
