Accused PA Serial Rapist May Have More Victims, Police Fear A Pennsylvania man accused of multiple rapes may have additional victims, police announced on Tuesday, March 18. Nafeas Alexander, 30, of Darby, PA, previously of Leesville, Lousiana, was arrested in February and charged with felony rape forcible compulsion, felony sexual assault, felony IDSI forcible compulsion, misdemeanor false imprisonment, and misdemeanor possession of a weapon, after a victim came forward, Darby Borough Police said.
