Seen HIM? Philly Man, 58, Goes Missing Philadelphia police seek the public’s help in finding a missing person. Frank Dukes, 58, was last seen on Wednesday, Aug. 21 on the 2600 block of South Bouvier Street, police said. He is 6' 4" tall and weighs about 233 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with an American flag on the back, black shorts and white sneakers. Anyone with any information on Dukes' whereabouts is asked to call South Detectives at 215-686-3013.
