Warrington Man Impersonated An Officer, Chased People From Park: Police A Bucks County man is facing charges for posing as police and other civil servants in his efforts to keep people out of a local park, according to police. Daryl Rose Clifton, 58, of Warrington, is accused of impersonating various authorities as he accosted children, parents, and others visiting the Doctor Adams Community Park located at 2235 Oxford Drive, police said. Patient Stabs Staff With Used Needle At Philly Hospital: Authorities A patient attacked Episcopal Hospital staff with a syringe on Wednesday, July 31, according to Philadelphia police.  The patient arrived at the 100 E.
