': Woman Found Dead In Champions Park In Philly, Police Say
A woman was found dead in a park in Philadelphia, police announced on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024. Philadelphia Police were called to the 900 block of Tustin Avenue in the 7th District at 3:37 p.m. Officers found the unidentified woman at the scene. She was pronounced dead by the Philadelphia Fire Department's Medic Unit at 8:33 p.m. The scene is being held, and the woman's body will be taken to the Medical Examiner's Office to determine the cause of death. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Philadelphia Police.

Human Remains Found Near Delaware River In Philly: Police
Bones belonging to an unidentified adult were found near the Delaware River in Philadelphia on Sunday, Nov. 3, police said. A witness stated that she was at Penn Treaty Park when she found two bones that appeared to be human shin bones at 5:02 p.m., according to the Philadelphia Police Department. The bones were located in a grassy, rocky area along the park’s waterline, police said. The Medical Examiner’s Office collected the bones for further investigation. Dead Woman Found Half-Naked On Philadelphia Patio, Police Say
A homeowner found a half-undressed dead stranger on a patio Sunday evening, Sept. 29, Philadelphia Police announced. An unidentified woman in her 30s was found lying face down and unresponsive on a patio in the 1800 block of South 22nd Street in Philadelphia by the homeowner, police detailed in the release. PFD-Medic Unit pronounced her dead at 6:42 p.m. "There appears to be no visible trauma to the body and no drug paraphernalia on the scene," as stated in the police release.
