Man Admits Pointing Replica Handgun At Officers In Bucks County, DA Says A Levittown man could spend nearly two years in prison for pointing a fake gun at police officers last year, prosecutors say.  Benjamin Fell, 21, was shot by Falls Township police last March 28 during what began as a routine traffic stop on Lincoln Highway, the DA's Office said.  Fell fled police in his 2007 silver Ford Focus, driving 75 mph in a 40 mph zone before the chase ended near Oak Lane, authorities said.  Prosecutors said Fell opened his car door, ignored police commands to show his hands, and pointed a "dark gun-shaped object" at an officer.  The of…
