Zamer Williams, 19, pleaded guilty on Tuesday, Dec. 17 to two counts of carjacking and one count of brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Jacqueline Romero said in a news release. Mirvan Dinler, 26, of Trappe, picked the victim up at a Philadelphia nightclub in an UberX and drove her back to her dorm in Hovnanian Hall at the Radnor Township campus on Friday, Sept. 13, police paperwork reads.
