Road Rage Incident Leads To Fight In Middle Of Southeast PA Street: Police Two men were found fighting in the middle of a Bucks County street following a road rage incident, police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 13. James Fetscher, 78, of Warminster, and Neil Maurer, no age listed, of Horsham, fought in the center of the road in the 800 block of Easton Road at 12:25 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8, the Warrington Township Police Department said. An officer who was patrolling in the area saw Fetscher and Maurer fighting, according to police. Officers had to break up the fight.
