Unlicensed Driver Was DUI In Crash That Killed Pregnant Woman: Montco DA
A Philadelphia man is in police custody for the May crash that killed Nya Janae Stokes, according to prosecutors. The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said 27-year-old Jabrial Terry had fentanyl, oxycodone, Benzodiazepines and cannabinoids in his system during the May 4 wreck. Authorities said Stokes, who was nine months pregnant, was the passenger in a Toyota that Terry's Buick struck head-on on Skippack Pike in Whitemarsh.
