A Denver man is behind bars after being charged with the sexual abuse of a 10-year-old child in Lancaster County, authorities announced.
Giovanni Burgos, 32, is accused of raping a child, committing involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, indecent assault of a person less than 13, corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, and indecent exposure, according to East Cocalico Township police.
Investigators allege Burgos sexually abused the child, prompting charges to be filed on Feb. 21, 2025, when his whereabouts were unknown.
