Jessica Chapman who teaches at Norwich Free Academy in New London County was named a Milken Educator Award recipient, the organization announced. 4 Days, 2 DUIs: Enfield Man Busted (Again) After Driving Erratically In Front Of Police A Connecticut man who was arrested over the weekend and charged with DUI was arrested again four days later for driving while intoxicated, police said. It was the third time he’s been taken into custody for allegedly getting behind the wheel while impaired. 1 Dead, Another Hospitalized Following Late-Night Greenfield Fire Firefighters were called to a house fire around 11:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 52 Silver St. in Greenfield with reports of multiple people trapped inside, the Massachusetts Fire Marshal said. Greenfield firefighters beat back flames before they could make it inside. Once they did they found one person dead and two others suffering injuries. Authorities did not release the victim's name.
