Jenkintown Man Arrested In Deadly Lower Merion Home Invasion A second suspect has been charged in a deadly home invasion in Lower Merion that left a man dead and his mother fighting for her life, Montgomery County authorities announced Thursday, Dec. 12. Charles Fulforth, 41, of Jenkintown, was arrested for second-degree murder, robbery, and burglary after detectives linked him to the Dec. 8 attack that claimed the life of 25-year-old Andrew Gaudio and critically injured his mother, 61-year-old Bernadette Gaudio. Armed Man Killed By Police In Montgomery County, DA Says A 68-year-old armed man was shot and killed by police in Montgomery County on Sunday morning, Oct. 27, authorities said. Upper Moreland police were called to a home at the Commerce Square Apartments in Willow Grove for a domestic disturbance where an 83-year-old resident let them inside around 11:50 a.m., MontCo District Attorney Kevin Steele said. Inside, the 68-year-old man ignored officers' commands to drop the handgun and began to raise the firearm up, at which point he was shot and killed by officers, Steele said. Montco Has 2 Of The Worst Olive Garden Restaurants In US, Study Says Two of the lowest-rated Olive Gardens in the nation call Montgomery County home. That's according to price-monitoring website Pricelisto, which analyzed TripAdvisor and Google reviews for 882 locations across the country.  The Bala Cynwyd and Willow Grove Olive Gardens are the third- and fourth-worst-rated franchises on the list, with only 46.83 percent and 46.89 percent of diners leaving "excellent" reviews, respectively.  The only locations with a lower rating are in Beachwood, Ohio (45.44 percent) and Warren, Michigan (46.39 percent).  The best-rated …
