Man Struck Dead In Montco Staples Parking Lot: Police A man was struck dead in Pennsylvania Staples parking lot, police announced on Wednesday night, on Oct. 23.  The elderly King of Prussia man was struck in a Staples parking lot, located at 1844 Ridge Pike in Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, at 12:15 p.m., police detailed in the release.  There are multiple marked crosswalks in the parking lot, as shown on Google Maps Street View, but it is unknown if he was walking in one.  He was pronounced dead at the scene, the police explained.
