The incidents reportedly began during the summer of 2024 and continued until December 2024, state police said. The girl, from Emmaus, Pennsylvania, came forward to report the abuse, leading investigators to file the charges. David A. Brown, 68, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash that happened when the dump truck he was driving in the 2700 block of Valley Road struck an embankment. Elderly Couple Dies In Murder-Suicide: Lehigh County Coroner Officials are investigating an apparent murder-suicide in North Whitehall Township on Saturday, May 18, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  Authorities said 78-year-old Harvey H. Hartung shot his wife, 79-year-old Carol A. Hartung, before turning the gun on himself. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.  Pennsylvania State Police and the District Attorney's Office are investigating, Coroner Daniel A. Buglio added.
