Missing Endangered Chambersburg Man Found In Pond By Police A missing 82-year-old man from Franklin County was located by Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, Oct. 14.  Kore Byler had last been seen driving a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado with a Pennsylvania license plate "ZBM2510" in the area of Roxbury Road in Shippensburg Township around 1:30 p.m., on Sunday, Oct. 13, as detailed in a release by the PA State Police in Chambersburg. 'Explosion' Injures 3 Workers At Plant In Waynesboro: Authorities (Update) Multiple people were injured in an explosion-like event at a manufacturing plant in South Central Pennsylvania. Emergency crews were called to the "fire department incident" at Johnson Controls located at 100 Cumberland Valley Avenue in Waynesboro at 7:23 a.m., according to emergency dispatchers in Franklin County. "An air chamber rupture," was also reported to the police. They added that the incident is contained to the facility. Billboard Top 100 Rapper Lil Skies Arrested In Chambersburg Rapper Lil Skies has 3.4 million followers on Instagram, a performance scheduled at Summer Smash, and a recently filed criminal charge in Pennsylvania.  Kimetrius Christopher Foose, 25 of Waynesboro — also known as Lil Skies — was arrested on the criminal charge of "Accidents Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle," the Chambersburg police department announced on May 31.
