Motorcyclist Killed In Fatal Crash On I-81 Ramp ID'd: PSP A 28-year-old motorcyclist from Shippensburg died in a crash that closed an Interstate 81 ramp in Hampden Township on Saturday, Nov. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police and PennDOT spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler.
