Tractor-Trailer Rollover Crash Causes Delays On I-81: PennDOT A tractor-trailer rolled over on Interstate 81 on-ramp in Cumberland County on Wednesday morning, Oct. 9, according to officials. Only the trailer flipped at the on-ramp from Exit 52 — Route 11/New Kingston/Middlesex, from Route 11 to I-81 South, according to PennDOT's 511PA traffic cameras. First responders were called to the crash around 9:20 a.m., according to 511PA. There is no word of any injuries as of 10:30 a.m. PennDOT and the county are urging travelers to avoid the area.
