'I Want To Put A Bullet In Your Head' PA Man Gets Jail For Anti-Semitic, Islamophobic Rant A Philadelphia man was sentenced to 16 months in prison for making threatening antisemitic, Islamophobic rants over the phone, authorities said. Yaniv Gola, 51, was sentenced on Tuesday, Oct. 22 after being charged for making phone calls threatening to injure, rape, and kill eight different victims, the US Department of Justice said in a news release.  After serving the prison time, Gola will be placed under three years of supervised release, the Department of Justice said. Threats To 'Skin' Political Official Lands PA Man Federal Charges: Indictment A 62-year-old man was charged with threatening to kill a representative of a Pennsylvania state political party, the US Department of Justice announced on Tuesday, Oct. 22. John Pollard sent threatening text messages to the political party official on Friday, Sept. 6, according to the USDOJ.  Pollard was indicted for the crime and arrested on Monday, Oct. 21, federal authorities said. The official with the unnamed state political party had previously posted online that they were recruiting volunteers to help observe at the polls on Election Day, according to the indictment. Schuylkill County Man Threatened FBI Agents On Social Media: Usdoj A 42-year-old Schuylkill County man used social media to threaten FBI agents, authorities said. Joshua Frisch, of Frackville, was sentenced on Aug. 7, to time served (six months) and three years of supervised release by United States District Court Judge Julia K. Munley for one count of Influencing a Federal Official by Threat, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
