Detour: Tractor-Trailer Flips On Dauphin County Road, PennDOT Officials Say A tractor-trailer hauling wood has flipped over on a road in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation officials announced on Friday, Oct. 25.  The rollover crash happened on South River Road/PA Route 147 North and Peters Mountain Road/PA Route 225 South at Parmer's Road in Reed Township shortly after 9 a.m., as detailed by PennDOT.
