Driver ID'd After Fatal Crash Into Stopped Tractor-Trailer On I-81 In Dauphin County: PSP
A Harrisburg man was killed after crashing into the back of a stopped tractor-trailer on Interstate 81 North in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania State Police announced Tuesday, July 15. Dashon Banks, the 2014 Ford Fusion driver, failed to stop for a traffic backup in an active construction zone near mile marker 68.5 in Susquehanna Township around 10:58 p.m. on Monday, July 14, troopers said.
