Woman ID'd After Fatal Strike On Rt 30 In Central PA: Officials The woman who died after being hit by a tractor-trailer has been identified by the York County Coroner's Office according to an updated release on Thursday, Nov. 7.  Tina Aldinger, 64, of Manchester Township, was pronounced at WellSpan York Hospital at 12:29 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5, according to the York County Coroner's release. York County Man, 55, Dies In Vehicle Fire: Police Authorities are investigating a deadly vehicle fire in Manchester Township.  Northern York Regional police were called to the 2400 block of Pin Oak Drive around 11:50 p.m. Thursday, May 23. They arrived to find a white 1994 GMC Safari minivan fully engulfed in flames.  York Area United Fire and Rescue extinguished the fire and 55-year-old Thomas Rooney was found dead in the van, police said.
