A Pennsylvania man was arrested after he was found unresponsive at The Shoe Department in the Capital City Mall while his child ran around unattended, police announced on Tuesday, Jan. 27. David Alexander Jordahl, 37, of Camp Hill, was face down with his knees tucked underneath him when mall security discovered him around 5:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22, according to the Lower Allen Township Police Department. Thief Targets Bronze Memorial Vases At Cumberland County Cemetery: Police
A thief stole at least 20 bronze memorial vases from gravesites in the southeast section of Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Township police said on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024. Staff at the cemetery, located at 1811 Carlisle Road in Camp Hill, discovered the theft earlier that day and reported it to police at 3:25 p.m. Investigators believe the vases were taken sometime in the past week. The stolen vases, often used to hold flowers in memory of loved ones, are a distinctive feature of the cemetery, police noted. A Camp Hill man has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a four-year-old girl, causing blunt force trauma injuries to her ears, Lower Allen Township Police announced Wednesday, Nov. 13. A warrant had been issued for 28-year-old Avery Raynor King following an investigation into child abuse. King is accused of assaulting a four-year-old child in his care on the evening of June 10, according to the police. A child stole a car, led police on a chase, and was injured in a rollover crash on Sunday, Upper Allen Township Police announced on June 11. East Pennsboro Township Police Department and the Lower Allen Township Police Department pursued the stolen Chevy Suburban into Upper Allen Township early Sunday morning, according to the UATPD release.
