Bethlehem Dad Of 7 Drowns Tubing Lehigh River In Allentown: Coroner For at least the second time this month, a man has died while tubing in the Lehigh Valley, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. This time it was a father of seven children, a family friend told Daily Voice.  Antwan D. Daring, 35, of Bethlehem, drowned in the Lehigh River near Waterfront Drive in Allentown on Monday afternoon, July 15, officials said.
