Raydi Fabian-Lizardo, Joel Junes, Sandra Severino, and Demetrius Torres have been arrested after a traffic stop turned into a massive drug bust. The traffic stop happened in the 5000 block of Jonestown Road around 12:45 a.m., the police detailed in the release.
