Driver Dragged In Serious Hit-Run In Hershey: Police One person is in critical condition after a road rage incident escalated to a driver turned pedestrian being run over and dragged, Derry Township police announced on Monday morning, Oct. 7. The police were notified of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the 400 block of Park Avenue/PA Route 743 at 9:41 p.m. On Sunday, Oct. 6, as detailed in the release. Arriving officers "found the victim, lying along the edge of the roadway, having sustained severe injuries," as stated in the release. The victim was taken to Penn State Milton S.
