A beloved teacher, hotel owner, and mom of three was killed in what investigators say was a domestic shooting inside her Pennsylvania home, State Police announced Friday, May 22.
Troopers from PSP Lykens were called to a reported shooting at a home in the 90 block of Carsonville Road in Jefferson Township around 2:13 p.m. Thursday, May 21, according to state police.
When officers arrived, they found 45-year-old Taryn D. Morgan of Halifax suffering from a gunshot wound inside the residence. Her husband, 46-year-old Dennis Morgan, was also found wounded from a gunshot, police said.
