Matthew Hill, 40, was found dead in the kitchen of a home on the first block of West Farnum Street at 9:49 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25, with evidence of "sharp-force trauma," the Lancaster County Coroner Dr. Stephen Diamantoni previously said.
