Detour: Tractor-Trailer Flips On Dauphin County Road, PennDOT Officials Say

A tractor-trailer hauling wood has flipped over on a road in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation officials announced on Friday, Oct. 25.

The rollover crash happened on South River Road/PA Route 147 North and Peters Mountain Road/PA Route 225 South at Parmer's Road in Reed Township shortly after 9 a.m., as detailed by PennDOT.

The area is closed in both directions between Mountain and Brumaker roads, according to PennDOT.

"The closure could last into the evening and may impact afternoon commuters," the spokesperson said.

Drivers are asked to find alternate routes.

No injuries were reported.
