Missing Endangered Chambersburg Man Found In Pond By Police A missing 82-year-old man from Franklin County was located by Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, Oct. 14.  Kore Byler had last been seen driving a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado with a Pennsylvania license plate "ZBM2510" in the area of Roxbury Road in Shippensburg Township around 1:30 p.m., on Sunday, Oct. 13, as detailed in a release by the PA State Police in Chambersburg.
