The shooters who wounded a Pennsylvania mother and her 7-year-old daughter during a quadruple shooting that killed two men have been identified, and police are offering a $20,000 reward for their capture, authorities announced on Sunday, July 27.
The gunfire erupted around 8:22 p.m. Saturday, July 26, on the 1900 block of West Hunting Park Avenue in Philadelphia’s 39th District, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
