NJ Teen Confesses To Armed Carjackings At South Philly Wawa, Ikea: Feds A Camden teen admitted to committing two armed carjackings in south Philadelphia, one at a Wawa and the other involving an Uber driver, authorities said. Zamer Williams, 19, pleaded guilty on Tuesday, Dec. 17 to two counts of carjacking and one count of brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Jacqueline Romero said in a news release.
